Complete Comprehensive Warranty
When you buy an Extreme, most of the components are modified to run at higher speeds then those warranted by the manufacturer. We state that, it is not a hidden fact. BUT at Exfinity the warranty for the components are in addition to that the manufacturers provide. In case you need to exercise your warranty, Exfinity will warrant your system, as long as it remains compliant to our warranty terms and conditions.

Exfinity Warranty Terms and Conditions
"Exfinity offers the Exfinity 1 year Standard Warranty to the end-purchaser of Exfinity hardware . ""Hardware"" excludes software, peripherals and associated literature and documentation.
Exfinity warrants that your System is free of defects in workmanship and materials for one year (12 months) from the date of delivery."

What will Exfinity do if there's a problem with my hardware?
Exfinity will either repair or replace (at Exfinity's sole discretion) defects in workmanship and materials in your Exfinity System which arise during the warranty period. If applicable, Exfinity will repair or replace the defective hardware or component with a new or equivalent part. You will not be charged for labor or parts
Where defective hardware has been replaced, the removed defective component becomes the property of Exfinity.

Should your Exfinity System require servicing under the terms of this warranty?
The hardware repair or part replacement will not extend the term of this warranty.

What doesn't this warranty cover?
This warranty doesn't include:

1. The routine replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear. This includes but is not limited to fans, Lighting, paint finish (Beyond initial delivery of your computer, manuals, CD's, and peripherals.
2. Any defect or damage to the hardware attributable in whole or in part by improper use, abuse, improper handling/installation, maintenance/repair by any person other than an official authorized Exfinity service technician, or the installation of unapproved parts.
3. Damage caused during shipment is not covered by this warranty (see section 6, in regards to shipping information).
4. Data retention, storage or availability of Data.
In addition, this warranty does not cover any defect or damage to your Exfinity System attributable in whole or in part to accident, unauthorized modifications, attachments or peripherals and damage caused by lightning, power surge, brown-out, leaking, or to connection to a power source having a different rating than that specified in the your power supply, and motherboard manual.

This warranty also does not cover damage to your Exfinity System attributable in whole or in part to: fires, earthquakes, floods, natural disasters, Acts of terrorism, Acts of vandalism (be it Electronic, or physical) or Acts of God. In addition, Exfinity will not be liable for any delay or failure in performance.

Extent of Exfinity's liability under this warranty
Once Exfinity has been notified of a problem, Exfinity shall be allowed a reasonable length of time and a reasonable number of attempts to repair/replace or otherwise correct defective hardware.
In the event Exfinity is not able to resolve the problem, Exfinity's liability is limited to the replacement of the hardware system, or at Exfinity's sole discretion, a refund of the original purchase price.

Exclusion of Warranty
Exfinity DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES PROVIDED FOR IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT OR FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LIABILITY FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS AGAINST YOU FOR DAMAGES, FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE, OR FOR LOST DATA OR LOST SOFTWARE. Exfinity'S LIABILITY WILL BE NO MORE THAN THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT WILL BE THE SUBJECT OF A CLAIM. THIS IS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT FOR WHICH WE ARE RESPONSIBLE. SOME PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

How do I obtain service under Exfinity's warranty?
To obtain servicing under this warranty, you must notify Exfinity. Call Exfinity's Technical Support Department at +91-22-23084511 or e-mail at support@exfinity.in. Please have warranty and invoice information available. Exfinity's Technical Support Department will assist and attempt to diagnose your problem remotely or over the telephone.

If the problem remains unresolved, Exfinity will decide on the best course of action based on the specifics of the particular circumstances.
Exfinity shall be allowed a reasonable length of time and a reasonable number of attempts to repair/replace or otherwise correct defective hardware.

To return your Exfinity system, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) by calling or contacting Exfinity's Technical Support Department at the contact information above. You will need to provide the invoice number, item description and serial number(s). The returned hardware must include the RMA# and its original packaging, manuals and all accessories. All sales on software items are final. Any computer system, hardware, component or likewise sent to Exfinity with out a valid RMA number, will be returned to sender unopened, at senders cost.
